We love to have items that are clean and in very good condition (no faults or marks) - if the item needs repairing, we can liaise with local makers to adjust or alter the item to a saleable condition.

This can be determined by lots of factors - popularity, sizing and current market value being the main ones. We always ensure you are happy with the suggested selling price before the item goes live across our channels.

We offer options depending on your location. For our local customers in Surrey we offer a collection service. Otherwise items can be sent via your chosen courier.

We aim to sell your piece within 12 weeks however if not, we can agree on a % discount for our customers. Items can be returned at any point of the selling window, at the cost of the seller (you).

Once item has sold and the refund window (14 days for clothing) has cleared, money will be transferred via your chosen account. Our commission fee will be deducted prior to payment.
